Client Communications & Services Assistant

Niarra Travel is looking for someone to join our growing team. Another new and exciting role where there is plenty of scope to really make your mark in this growing company. The Client Communications & Services team are a vital part of Niarra helping to build meaningful relationships with our lovely clients, as well as putting together beautiful content to showcase our products and services.

This is a position for someone with a passion for writing and communications, as well as an interest in the operational side of delivering an exceptional high-end holiday experience. They will join our Client Communications Executive creating a new crew within our wider team. Their role will include, but will not be limited to, the following:


Creating client itineraries – including writing beautiful engaging descriptions of destinations, properties and activities as well as selecting imagery.

Researching new properties that are aligned with Niarra’s goals and client needs.

Ensuring that the sales team (Travel Researchers and Reservations) have all the information they need to really know our clients. It’s the little details that make all the difference and the Client Communications Assistant will help to make sure that we have the correct information to ensure we don’t miss the details – such as dietary requirements, favourite drinks, special requests, medical conditions, pets’ names etc.

Assist with putting together pre-travel client communications such as – thank you postcards, country information documents, pre-departure information etc.

Liaise with clients to help book any extra experiences they might want to take during their trip.

Think of innovative ways to improve the client experience and add a special ‘Niarra’ touch to the overall travel experience.

Support the team as needed.

Most of the team are in London, working in our Farringdon office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with Tuesdays and Fridays from home (anywhere with reliable internet access!). Office hours are 1000 to 1800. The role will sometimes involve evening and weekend work if needed as is the nature of the industry and participating in the emergency phone rota may also be expected.
