Oceanview riad
The Villa Maroc is a charming family-owned riad hotel, composed of four 18th-century houses on the edge of Essaouria’s old medina with views out to the harbour and Atlantic.
21 rooms and suites are individual both in style and layout, all decked out with local artwork and antique furniture for an authentic Moroccan feel.
Enjoy breakfast and views from the rooftop terrace, drinks in the cosy bar and local cuisine in one of the riad’s candlelit salons. There’s also a handsome hammam spa to indulge in after a day exploring the town.
