RAAS showcases intricate architectural carvings and the iconic red sandstone of Jodhpur. Its privileged location is exceptional at night when the Mehrangarh Fort, is lit 400 feet above the skyline. The gardens twinkle with candles and fairy lights, and the air hums with the sounds of the city.
The hotel, built around an 18th-century haveli, echoes Rajput architecture, with stone panels and antique shrines. The restaurant is exceptional. RAAS embraces a holistic food philosophy, combining local traditions with a modern touch. Ingredients are sourced from organic farms or local suppliers.
