Restored luxury
The property has been lovingly restored with great emphasis placed on preserving the integrity, beauty and intrinsic character of the original buildings built well over 200 years ago. The buildings’ exteriors have been faithfully restored using traditional materials: stone, limerender, lead and slate.
Inside, the classic old barn layout has been re-interpreted to accommodate the 21st century traveler. With spacious interior living spaces, including five individually themed cottages and four double bedroom suites, this accommodation is designed to meet the needs of the modern traveler. Elegant interiors, modern conveniences and private surroundings are just some of the details that make a stay here unique.
Located in the Highlands, you have to take time to breathe in the crisp Scottish air. There are a whole range of activities right on your doorstep, take the time to appreciate the incredible wildlife, iconic landmarks and the stunning Scottish landscape.

Flying Tours
Experience the beauty of the Scottish Highlands from the air. Take flight in a light aircraft from our very own airstrip and explore what is some of the country’s finest landscapes. Popular destinations include Loch Ness, the Cairngorms and the West Coast.

Whiskey Tours
Have a tipple with some of the best malt whisky distilleries on the doorstep, immerse yourself in Scotland’s national drink. From the Angel’s Share to the Quaich learn the intricacies involved in producing the much revered amber nectar. Must visit distilleries within a 45 mins drive include; Dalmore, Glenmorangie, Balblair & Glen Ord.

Great courses within easy reach: Fortrose, Skibo Castle, Tain, Golspie, Brora, Bonar Bridge and the most famous of all, Royal Dornoch. The Championship course, rated 16th in the world, is classic links, with the first 8 holes following the natural grades of the old dune embankments, while the remainder skirts the sandy beaches of Dornoch Bay.

Dolphin & Wildlife Trips
Take a chartered trip on a custom wildlife-watching RIB, setting off from nearby Cromarty. The waters around the Black Isle are rich with a variety of marine life, the most famous being the colony of Bottlenose Dolphins

Deer Stalking
The deer Stalking season runs from July to February at Corriegarth - on the south side of Loch Ness. Head out with experienced stalkers and locate and approach the deer without being detected. The Stalkers are happy to take both beginner and experienced Stalkers out, those that have not stalked before will be asked to practice on the range.

A visit to the Highlands wouldn’t be complete without experiencing some of the region’s most iconic landmarks. From medieval strongholds to turreted baronial classics, the north-east is the ultimate launch pad for accessible day-trips. Local favourites include; Urquhart Castle, Dunrobin & Fort George.
