Dar Jasmine is a stylish boutique retreat on the lower slopes of a Rif mountain looking out across the beautiful ‘Blue City’ of Chefchaouen.
The passion project of a couple and inspired by the romantic story of a pioneering British pilot rescued by a local woman, each of the nine rooms and suites are individually designed and inspired by a city he visited such as Jaipur, Monaco, Adelaide and Nairobi.
The kitchen here highlights organic products carefully selected from local producers with Moroccan and Mediterranean – the array of traditional pastries at breakfast is a particular highlight.
