Amankila

Overview

East Bali bolthole

Claiming a breath-taking stretch of coastline on the Lombok Strait, Amankila rests on a lush hillside beneath sacred Mount Agung.

Connected by frangipani-lined walkways through the treetops, stilted suites offer spectacular views high on the hillside, while a three-tier infinity pool cascades at the property’s heart and the Beach Club leads to a private black-sand beach. Amankila’s 33 standalone alang-alang-roofed villas furnished with rattan, coconut and large windows bring the outside in and create a connection to nature, include large en-suite bathrooms and private terraces.

Meals at Amankila can be enjoyed in various spectacular locations around the resort with a highlight being the daily afternoon tea featuring delicious fresh ginger tea, Balinese coffee and local baked delicacies. Traditional Balinese massage and beauty treatments can be enjoyed in the privacy of your suite, in the massage pavilion or at one of the beach club's massage tables tucked among the palms and frangipani and the healing power of the natural ingredients revive and stimulate, providing the ultimate in relaxation.
